Transparent Disability Support Services (TDSS) supports both self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants.
Even though TDSS and ‘The Hub’ are based in Brisbane, they have been servicing NDIS participants Australia-wide effectively over the last three years.
The Director of Transparent Disability Support Services, Tyrone Austin, who has 22 years of experience in the disability sector, started the company with one thing in mind - to make the lives of people with disabilities easier, happier and complete.
Tyrone wanted to provide clients with the support services he believed all people deserved. The result is that TDSS operates with an upfront, honest and cohesive approach. Their team educates all participants and nominees within the NDIS space about their rights of choice and control and the NDIS expectations. Their motto is "Care Where it Matters." The team says, “Your care is defined by you, your barriers, your needs and your environment.”
The team at Transparent Disability Support Services pledge to provide inclusive and non-discriminatory services to every client to ensure they achieve their goals.
