Navigate Support Coordination

Janelle and Gayle are the founders of Navigate Support Coordination with a combined 40 years industry experience working in disability support.

They are passionate about providing comprehensive and specialised support that assists participants navigate their NDIS Plan more effectively to get the most out of it.

They take a collaborative approach which allows them to truly understand the needs of the people they support while assisting them to reach their individual goals more efficiently.

It’s their mission to ensure participants have the right tools at their disposal and are able to increase their capacity supports to benefit their everyday lifestyle requirements. 

As well as Support Coordination and Specialised Support Coordination Navigate offer Psychosocial Recovery Coaches, who are  able to help participants living with psychosocial disabilities to navigate their everyday life in a fulfilling and positive way.

They are so committed to the disability sector that they do a lot of pro bono work. The team are all very approachable and that makes for great relationships with participants and their families which results in positive outcomes and collaboration to achieve client goals.

Navigate Support Coordination are a committed and dedicated team who will provide individuals and their families the tools they need to help succeed and live their best life through the life of their NDIS plan.
