Melba has a vision. That we live in a society that values and respects the rights of all individuals. Built on foundations of human rights, passion, creativity, flexibility, and fun.
Their purpose is to bring opportunities to people living with disabilities so they can live a fabulous life.
Melba does this through a wide range of support services - NDIS funding and NDIS plan management.
Support coordination, accommodation, community and lifestyle services, enterprise activities and opportunities.
All under their Practice, Quality, and Safeguards (PQS) framework. This Melba initiative helps keep the participants - their goals, their progress, and their achievements at the centre of everything the Melba Support Services team does.
This includes mentors/coaches and specialists in person-centred planning, communication, complex health, quality/practice, and positive behaviour support.
Melba offers their in-depth and extensive PQS framework of mentors and coaches to every participant who engages Melba Support Care Services. Ensuring people get the support they want.
