Manaia Assist

Manaia Assist provides disability accommodations of all kinds and specialise in SIL and STA services. They also offer medium term accommodation with participants being supported in group or shared living arrangements. They assist clients with ongoing wellbeing support.

They work to help participants get the most from their NDIS plan and to live the way they choose. Their mission is to support and care for participants and families in the comfort of their own home, with a focus on participant advocacy and consumer-directed care and they would love to meet you.

Manaia Assist has a remarkable offer of four residential vacancies for our Expo participants. The sites are compatible for Supported Independent Living funding with 24 hour/7 day a week onsite support. This might be your perfect opportunity to access residential support. They would be very proud to discuss their new Sydney accommodation sites at Marrickville, Chester Hill and Campsie. All three locations are well situated near shops and restaurants, have a large kitchen, are fully furnished, are secure and have free street parking.

They ensure participants and their families work together with Manaia Assist to develop a support plan tailored to meet individual needs, goals, strengths and weaknesses. Their vast range of support activities include a selection of daily care and life skills, shopping, household tasks, cleaning, laundry, budgeting, cooking skills.

Protection. “Manaia” means to “guard” or “protect,” and the Manaia Assist team believes that they are the “protectors” of their participants, so they feel safe and well within their home, within their family and within their community. Wellbeing services cover client mental, social, physical wholeness and cultural needs. They believe “Everyone—no matter ability or background—deserves to feel safe and successful in reaching their goals. At Manaia, we’re committed to making that happen.”
