Queensland’s Holistic Horizons is a family-based business dedicated to taking an inclusive, collaborative approach to disability support.
Major sponsor for Brisbane’s 2022 Disability Connection Expo and Disability Industry Awards Gala Dinner, Holistic Horizons, is a registered National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) provider, which places emphasis on compassion and self-empowerment.
With their motto: Let us help you unlock your potential, Holistic Horizons delivers outstanding support services across Redcliffe Peninsula, Caboolture and surrounding areas.
These include Respite Care and Accommodation, In Home Care, Community Access and Support Coordination.
Holistic Horizons maintains an ever-growing list of residential Properties in the region - they really understand what home means and how important home is.
The organisation and staff work to ensure that each accommodation they provide has every comfort a home deserves.
Holistic Horizons was born with their first client in October of 2016.
With the NDIS approaching, the organisation saw that services needed to change and it saw the need for support services that were more participant-focused, revolving around their goals and their wishes.
As the NDIS rolled out, the organisation continued to grow, as word of their fresh, client-centred approach reached more and more people.
In 2017, Hub Redcliffe was added to provide a respite facility and a base for group activities, continuing in their mission to ensure affordable services delivered to the highest quality.
Holistic Horizons established an office in the Redcliffe Peninsula in 2019, and that same year began offering support coordination services, in addition to their community access, in-home and respite services.
Last year, the organisation started helping participants to transition into medium-term accommodation arrangements and supported independent living after acquiring a package of accommodation and support.
Holistic Horizons now have multiple Short Term Accommodation (Respite) and Supported Independent Living (SIL) properties across Moreton Bay and the North Brisbane areas.
In March this year, they opened an office in Caboolture to address their rapidly growing participant base in that region.
The dedicated Holistic Horizons team is available to its participants 24 hours a day, seven days a week. “No matter the time or the situation, our carers are here”.
Holistic Horizons believes in an inclusive, collaborative approach to disability support.
“We envision a world in which anything is possible—in which anyone and everyone can see their goals achieved and hopes fulfilled,” a spokesperson said.
“Our organisation does whatever we must, however we can, to make this a reality.”
