Community Participation: Provides participants with increased social and community participation and connects them with important places and people.
ABA Therapy: Easy Healthcare is always available to assist children with autism. They are “Melbourne’s leading provider in applied behaviour analysis, and their dedicated and compassionate team strives to provide individualised care for each child.”
Excellent Respite Care: Provided by an experienced nurse or carer, can be arranged for one day, several days, or weeks, and can be given in the home, in a healthcare facility, or at an adult day centre. Easy Healthcare looks after meal preparation, personal care, social activities, assisting autistic children with social skills, and helping with overnight care.
Short-Term Living Accommodation: For participants when, for example, they are transitioning to a new home or waiting for more permanent housing. This also covers participant care costs for up to 14 days.
Support Coordination: Easy Healthcare provides financial and administrative support to help families and participants to navigate their NDIS funding package and best attain their NDIS related goals. The team revisits participant plans on a frequent basis to ensure they are receiving the best possible service. Support services can include assistance in daily routines or work, transportation, education, and health check-ups.
Cleaning and Gardening Services: provide safe, reliable, and personalised support in household tasks, life-skills development, maintaining and modifying mobility equipment, etc. These services prevent participants from becoming isolated and assist them to maintain a comfortable and healthy life.
