Starting and managing an NDIS plan can be worrying and confusing, but DFM Financial has made it their mission to offer individualised support, so the initial intricacies and ongoing responsibilities of being an NDIS participant don’t get in the way of living the best life.

• Freedom from provider restrictions: Being plan managed releases a participant of the provider restrictions that are imposed by being agency managed and offers more price flexibility, without the additional time commitment of paying invoices that comes with self-management.
• Choice and control: A plan managed participant can choose the services they use, the providers they engage and how much of the budget is allocated for them. Participants maintain total control over when and how those services are delivered while DFM Financial looks after the accounts.

If Improved Life Choices included in a plan, the NDIS will cover all of DFM Financial’s fees. This includes the initial one-off cost of getting a plan set up in their system and their monthly fee, which the NDIS pays so that DFM Financial can support you.

DFM Financial takes pride in taking its time with new clients and those new to the NDIS. They discuss with the participant/representative of the participant their plans, goals and requirements, show them how the onboarding process works and the steps involved. They take time to understand every participant and provide on-going support.
