Certifi International is an Australian owned and operated business established in 2017 working alongside Service Providers as an Approved Quality Auditor (AQA) for the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) offering specialised auditing and assessment services against the NDIS Practice Standards and associated Quality Indicators.

  • They will answer your call and if no one is available, someone will return your call as soon as practicable.
  • They respond to your email.
  • They will meet through a virtual meeting platform – Microsoft Teams, Zoom etc.
  • If practicable, they will meet you in person.

• Providing a customised proposal of our services within 24 hours of receiving an Initial Scope of Audit from the NDIS Commission. This will outline:
  • A clients financial investment including payment methods available,
  • The audit process and what is involved.
  • Terms and Conditions of working with Certifi International

• Providing a one-on-one tailored service. They will introduce clients to a dedicated Client Services Team and Operations Team who will keep clients updated throughout the audit process ensuring an understanding of the expectations of the audit and what will happen throughout the audit process.
• Keeping clients updated as to any changes to standards or practices and what this may means to their business.
• Providing support and reference material through a secure client specific portal link to assist a clients business.
• Involvement in community events, networking events and industry forums.
• Continuously looking at ways to improve systems and practices to support auditors which in turns supports clients and their business.
